The Fund is an open end, diversified, no load investment company whose objective is to obtain as high a level of current income as is consistent with the preservation of capital and liquidity. It pursues this objective by investing in high grade domestic and international money market instruments, including securities issued or guaranteed by the U.S. Government or its agencies, prime commercial paper, and high grade corporate obligations.
