The exploration and production activities are divided into three U.S. operating regions (Offshore, Southern and Mid continent) and a Canadian region. The exploration and production interests are focused on the Gulf of Mexico, the Gulf Coast, East Texas, the Permian Basin, the Andarko basin and the Western Sedimentary Basin of Canada.
