The Famous Footwear segment includes athletic, casual & dress footwear products to women, children and men. The Specialty Retail segment offers a range of women's shoes. In addition, through its Wholesale divisions, the Group designs, sources & markets footwear to retail stores domestically & internationally, including department stores, mass merchandisers & specialty shoe stores. LaSalle stores sell men's & women's branded and private label footwear. It operates under the brand names: Connie, Exalt, F.X. LaSalle, Natural Soul, Regal and Friends. As on 31-FeJan-2009, the Group operates 1,444 retail shoe stores in the United States and Canada & five Internet retail sites.
