CBS Corporation. The Group's principal activities are broadcasting and other operations in the entertainment industry. The Group operates through four segments: Television, Radio, Outdoor and Parks/Publishing. Television segment consists of broadcast television networks and the Group owns 40 broadcast television stations and its production and syndication business. The Outdoor segment through CBS Outdoor displays advertising on media, including billboards, transit shelters, buses, rail systems, mall kiosks and stadium signage. The Radio segment operates 164 radio stations in 40 United States markets through CBS Radio. The Parks/Publishing segment publishes and distributes consumer books under imprints such as Simon & Schuster, Pocket Books, Scribner and Free Press; and Paramount Parks.
