Merchant energy business provides power marketing, risk management and nuclear consulting services and develops, owns and operates domestic power projects. Regulated electric business purchases, distributes and sells electricity. Regulated gas business purchases, transports and sells natural gas. Other Nonregulated businesses include energy products and services, home products, commercial building systems, residential and small commercial electric and gas retail marketing. In February 2008, it acquired the Hillabee Energy Center. It operates in United States and Canada.
