Churchill Downs Inc. The Group's principal activities are to provide pari-mutuel wagering properties and businesses. It operates in four segments: Racing operations, On-Line Business, Gaming and Other Investments. The Group also offers gaming products through slot and video poker operations in Louisiana. It conducts live horse racing at Churchill Downs, Calder, Fair Grounds and Arlington Park. The Group through its Simulcast Operations sends signals of races from racetracks to other facilities and receives signals from other tracks. Arlington Park conducts on-site simulcast wagering during live racing meets, while Churchill Downs, Calder and Fair Grounds offer through out the year simulcast wagering at the racetracks along with the Off Track Betting Facilities (OTBs) at Illinois and Louisiana. The Group operates more than 700 video poker machines at seven OTBs operated by Fair Grounds.
