Telecommunication Services: Consists of the cable television, telephone and high-speed data operations. Madison Garden Square: Owns and operates professional sports teams, regional cable television networks, live productions and entertainment venues. Rainbow: Includes interests in national and regional cable television programming networks. The Group also owns companies that provide advertising sales services for the cable television industry, switched telephone service, direct broadcast satellite service and operates motion picture theaters. The Group operates throughout the United States.
