Power generation is engaged in the production and sale of electric power from owned and leased facilities. Customer Risk Management is comprised of three power tolling agreements, as well as gas transportation contracts and legal gas and power trading positions. Its customers include RTOs and ISOs, integrated utilities, municipalities, electric cooperatives, transmission and distribution utilities, industrial customers, power marketers, financial participants such as banks and hedge funds, other power generators and commercial end-users.
