Its contract drilling services and equipment are used to drill and complete oil and gas wells. As of February 17, 2009, our offshore rig fleet included 43 jackup rigs, two ultra-deepwater semisubmersible rigs and one barge rig. Additionally, we have six ultra-deepwater semisubmersible rigs under construction. It operates in North America, Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific and South America/Caribbean. Their customers include international, government-owned and independent oil and gas companies.
