Industrial materials include graphite electrodes and refractory products and related services and serve the steel industry. Engineered solutions include advanced graphite materials and natural graphite products and provide primary and specialty products for transportation, solar, oil and gas exploration and other markets. The trademarks of the Group include GRAFTECH logo, GRAFOIL(R), and GRAFOAM(R). The Group operates in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Switzerland and other countries. On 30-June-2008, the Group acquired Falcon-Seadrift Holding Corp.
