Harte-Hanks Incorporated. The Group's principal activity is to provide direct and interactive marketing services. It operates through two segments: Direct Marketing and Shoppers. Direct marketing segment offers a range of specialized, coordinated and integrated direct marketing services through 30 facilities worldwide, 10 of which are located outside of the United States. The customers of this segment include retailers, banks, mutual fund, pharmaceutical and insurance companies, healthcare organizations and telecommunications firms. Shoppers segment produces weekly advertising publications primarily delivered by standard mail to all households in a particular geographic area. The Group operates in the United States, Europe, Australia and South America. In January 2008, it acquired Mason Zimbler Ltd.
