Holly Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to produce high value light products such as gasoline, diesel fuel and jet fuel. Its asset portfolio includes an ownership and operation of two refineries consisting of a petroleum refinery in Artesia, New Mexico that is operated in conjunction with crude oil distillation and vacuum distillation and other facilities situated 65 miles away in Lovington, New Mexico (Navajo Refinery), and a refinery in Woods Cross, Utah (Woods Cross Refinery); an ownership of approximately 900 miles of crude oil pipelines located principally in west Texas and New Mexico; an ownership and operation of Holly Asphalt Company, which manufactures and markets asphalt products from various terminals in Arizona and New Mexico; and a 45% interest in HEP, which has logistic assets located in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma. The Group is based in Dallas, Texas and employs approximately 900 employees.
