It operates under three divisions: Companion animal group (CAG), Water quality products (Water), Production Animal Segment (PAS) and Other. CAG develops, designs, manufactures, and distributes products and performs services for veterinarians. Water develops designs, manufactures and distributes products to detect contaminants in water. PAS develops designs, manufactures and distributes products to detect disease in production animals. It also operates in two smaller segments that comprise products for dairy quality, which refer as Dairy, and products for the human medical diagnostic market, which is referred as OPTI Medical. The products are marketed, sold and serviced through their marketing, sales and technical service groups, as well as through independent distributors and other resellers.
