International Speedway Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to own motorsports entertainment facilities and promote motorsports themed entertainment activities in the United States. It has two segments: Motorsports Events and Other. Motorsports Events consist of racing events in the major motorsports entertainment facilities. The Other segment includes radio network production and syndication of numerous racing events and programs. It also operates motorsports-themed amusement and entertainment complex, certain souvenir merchandising operations, construction management services, leasing operations, financing and licensing operations and agricultural operations. The Group owns and operates 13 major motorsports entertainment facilities.
