The Financial Services segment provides mortgage financing, title insurance, closing services and insurance agency services for the buyers of the Group's homes and others. The Group sells the loans it originates in the secondary mortgage market. It also provides high-speed internet access, cable television services to the residents of communities the Group develops and to others. The Group operates in the United States.
