The Groups principal activities are developing, producing, transmitting, managing and distributing channels of video based content and provide related services to customer over the internet. The Group also offers a comprehensive range of related services to third parties, which facilitate channel development, including consulting, channel design, maintenance and operation and content production. The Group operates its business in two reportable segments: Production Services, which includes production planning, production management, location and studio filming, editing, graphics, design, encoding and channel management and Narrowcasting and Other, provides customer with technology that allows them to transmit video content over the internet and other services allow customers to format and manage content, create programming, transmit programming to specific audiences and create and manage subscription, pay-per-view and other revenue generation models.
