Public Service Enterprise Group Inc.. The Group's principal activities are generating, transmiting, distributing and marketing electric energy through its wholly owned subsidiaries. It operates through three segments: Power, PSE&G, Energy Holdings. The PSE&G segment provides electric transmission and electric and gas distribution services to residential, commercial and industrial customers in New Jersey. The Power segment markets energy and provides capacity and ancillary services on a wholesale basis under contract to power marketers. Through Energy Holdings, the Group own domestic generation outside of the Mid Atlantic region and own and manage passive energy-related investments.
