Fuzeon is the Company's first-generation Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) fusion inhibitor. It is used in combination of other anti-HIV drugs for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in treatment-experienced patients. T-1249 is the second-generation fusion inhibitor. FUZEON is developed in collaboration with F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. The Group's products sold through retail and specialty pharmacies across the United States and Canada.
