Wesco Financial Corporation. The Group's principal activities are classified into three segments: Furniture rental, Industrial and Insurance. The Furniture rental segment is conducted through CORT Business Services Corporation. The Industrial segment includes Precision Steel Warehouse, Inc. The Insurance segment engages in the property and casualty insurance and reinsurance business. The Group has it's network of facilities in 34 states and in the District of Colombia which comprises of 105 showrooms, 95 clearance centers and 97 warehouses, as well as nine websites. It is also engaged in several relatively insignificant activities not identified with the three business segments including investment activity unrelated to the insurance segment, MS Property's real estate activities and parent company activities.
